The City is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to replace the South Elevation Curtain Wall Glazing system at the Oregon City Swimming Pool, 1211 Jackson St, Oregon City, OR 97045.

Contractors will be responsible for:

Removing existing south elevation glass and glazing and replace with a product, equal to or greater than, Arcadia T-500  Anodized 6” Thermally Broken Curtainwall system, ¼” Low-E Tempered over ¼” clear laminated 1” overall thick insulated units.  Industry standard warranty should be included.  Project includes 1 sliding glass patio door which will fit in an 11’ wide space (configuration to be determined).
